Sickness Everywhere

It's that time of year...we get together with friends, family, go shopping in public places, etc. And then two to four days later the dreaded sickness comes. In my case, it's vomiting, fever, runny nose, etc. Seems this time of year people get sick more than usual? Why? Because we are hugging, kissing, and touching objects of those who are sick or were recently sick. So, the huge question is, how do we keep well during the holidays? HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
